UL approval, highly reliable and durable impulse foot sealer. AIE brand, the best seller in United States, which represents the finest sealer under strictest quality controls. It provides durable seals for almost any sealable plastic films and bags such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinylchloride (PVC), polyurenthane, polyolefin, pliofilm, Kel-F, polyflex, mylar, P.V.A, Tivac, Saran, Nylo etc. It has sturdy steel, lightweight construction and comes complete with a pedestal, stand, adjustable worktable and foot pedal. Distance between floor and seal is about 31 inches, if you need it taller, extension rod is always available at request. Free hand to improve efficiency. You may choose 2 mm width seal or 5 mm width seal. All work with 110 volts electricity. 220 volts units available upon request. 90 days factory warranty. Please check video link. The new pneumatic impulse foot sealer is unique, because the actual sealing pressure is now strong ,consistent and controllable.
Helpful in sealing application where time and pressure need to be regulated. These unique sealers are quieter in that the clanging noise found in most other automatic sealers is reduced.
It is automatic sealer with manual operation option. You can set time interval between seals if use at automatic mode.
Outside air compressor is needed. Air usage 4.0 CFM @ 80 PSI. Work with 110 volts electricity.

Pneumatic Constant Heat Auto Sealer
The new pneumatic impulse foot sealer is unique, because the actual sealing pressure is now strong ,consistent and controllable.
The automatic/manual constant sealer is excellent for sealing polycello films, humidity proof cellophane films, polyethylene films, aluminum foil coated bags and guesseted bags. A distinctive 5/8 inch mesh seal makes this sealer ideal for producing wide seals on thick bags.
It is automatic sealer with manual operation option. You can set time interval between seals if use at automatic mode. Temperature up to 390°F.
Outside air compressor is needed. Air usage 4.0 CFM @ 80 PSI. Work with 110 volts electricity.
Besides all features for impulse foot sealer as described above, sealing head angle can be tilted downward up to 45 degrees. This allows user to bring sealing draw closer to the product. It minimizes the need to constantly lift the product to the sealing draws, increasing production time and reducing user fatigue. This option is ideal for sealing packages of loose contents such as powders, grains, liquids etc. Heavy duty work table can easily support up to 45 pounds item. Its position is adjustable. Sealers work with 110 volts electricity. 220 volts units available upon request.
