Shipping Policy
Items are automatically combine shipped. The more you purchase, the lower shipping rate per item you will get. If your single purchase is over 200 Lbs and ship to same location through UPS, you may get extra saving on shipping due to UPS hundred weight program. We also ship freight by truck. When check out, if you find shipping fee over $200.00, most likely, you can save shipping fee by truck instead of UPS, please send us an email to find freight shipping fee before checking out. Most items will be shipped out within 24 hours after receiving your payment except Saturday, Sunday and major national holidays. We can usually receive your credit card payment or PayPal payment instantly right after you initiate your payment. While we accept e-check payment through PayPal, however, unlike credit card or PayPal payment, e-check usually takes 3 to 4 business days to clear. We can only ship out your purchased item(s) after e-check clears. Unless you are prepared to wait an extra 3 to 4 days for your item(s) to be shipped out, we strongly discourage payment by e-check.
For customers within 20 miles from our company, local delivery is available at a fixed amount of charge, but it is only for commercial address with forklift to unload. Residential address may cost more of delivery fee charge. If commercial address without forklift to unload, extra liftgate fee may apply for local delivery. This fix amount local delivery charge may not apply to some bulky items like bubble, foam, peanuts. Fix amount charge local delivery limits for those bulky items: bubble limit to 6 bundles, foam limit to 8 bundles, peanuts limit to 12 bags. If over the limit, extra charge may apply. Please contact us for extra charge information. Rule of thumb is $10.00 more for each extra buddle.
For customers within 20 miles from our company, free shipping may be available but only for reaching certain amount of order, currently $1200.00 per order, some limit may apply, need to be commercial address with forklift to unload, also, if quantity of bulky items such as bubble, foam and peanuts are over local delivery limits, free shipping may not apply. Return Goods
We’ll exchange/credit a product, even if you make the mistake, but you’ll be responsible for all transportation charges including returning shipping fee if you purchase wrong item(s). Authorization must be obtained from us for the return of goods. All requests for returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. The returned package must be received within 15 business days after authorization of return. If you make a mistake (for example, choose wrong size) and want to return for a refund, 20% restock fee (this is especailly true for sealers and equipment, restock fee may be waived for some of other items) of the product’s sale price will apply and it will be deducted from refund. When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item. A copy of original invoice or packing list should be included with the return.
All items must be returned in “as new” condition in the original packaging and have all accessories. Unless we make mistake, shipping charge is not refundable and we will not pay return shipping charge.
Replacement of Goods
If for any reason (purchased wrong size is the most common reason, or you find the product not meet your need) you want to make a replacement, please advise us first. We will send replacing goods only after receiving the returning products. If you urgently need the replacement, you may make an additional purchase. If the replacement is caused by our mistake, (for example, shipped wrong size, or quality problem etc.) we will fully refund the replacement purchase amount after receiving returned goods.
Exceptions to our Return Policy Of course, if you special printing order or request a product that made to your specific dimensions, these items cannot be returned for credit or exchange.
When Will I Receive My Credit?
Credit will be issued on first Saturday after receiving your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account through PayPal. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable if it is not our mistake which causes the return..
How and where do I return a product?
If a product does not meet your expectations, return it to us within 30 days of purchase and we will gladly exchange it or refund the full purchase price (shipping charge not included).
