Yes, we can ship large volume order by truck. We have contract with some reputable trucking companies to reduce cost and provide reliable delivery. When you check out items online, if you find UPS shipping fee over $250.00 (or even just over $200.00 for states close to California), please do not check out online, instead, contact us for freight quote. You may save a lot of shipping fee by freight shipment, this is especially true when your receiving address is commercial address with forklift to unload.
Yes, for most items, we do free delivery in 20 miles radius range from our warehouse located at South El Monte, Ca 91733 if order volume over $1200.00 depend on what items you order. Some exceptions may apply, please contact us to find out if your location is eligible for free delivery. For order volume less than $1500.00, a fixed amount $60.00 may apply for local delivery. You may find out if your location qualify for local delivery by entering your shipping address at check out page, however, we reserve the right not to honor some of the zip code even though you get the fixed rate local delivery quote online. Some zip codes for such cities like Rancho Cucamonga, Upland … etc. are simply too far away from our warehouse, more than 20 miles away, sorry, we cannot honor those fixed rate local delivery request even though the zip codes are not eliminated from the online list. It depends, if the cancelation or change of order is due to our fault, for example item out of stock, you will receive 100% refund. If the cancellation is not due to our mistake, for example, you change idea or purchased wrong item etc., there will be a 3% of PayPal processing fee which is not refundable, so, you will receive 97% of the refund amount. PayPal does not refund 3% processing fee so we have to deduct it from our refund amount.
We ship out the same business day or next business day only after your payment has been received. If you pay by your PayPal balance or credit card, it is instant payment. If you pay by money order, it is deemed as paid when we receive it. If you pay by personal check, it can only be deemed as paid after it clear through bank. USPS provides delivery confirmation service but not real time tracking service except priority express mail. Unlike UPS, USPS does not provide detail shipping progress information. It depends. Most of the time, we do not provide sample. Only for those large volume, custom make sizes, we may provide sample at customer’s request. If you are not sure whether the product fit your need or not, you may purchase a small volume to try it out before commit to large volume purchase. However, for some items, like boxes, film, bags etc., we may have sample available, simply email us your sample request with shipping address, we will let you know if the sample available for you.

Basically, tuck top and bottom box and tuck in side box are the same except measured in different way. Tuck top boxes are measured when you put opening lid on upper side and bottom side. Tuck side boxes are measured when you put opening lid on left side and right size. If you turn tuck in side box 90 degree into vertical position, it becomes tuck top and bottom box. 5 (length) X1-7/8 (width) x1-7/8 (height) tuck in side box is exactly the same as 1-7/8 (length) x1-7/8 (width) x5 (depth) tuck top and bottom box. 6 (length) x4 (width) x4 (height) tuck in side box is exactly the same as 4 (length) x4 (width) x 6 (depth) tuck top and bottom box.
Basically, PVC has lower shrink temperature and easier to operate with low volume manual operations. Polyolefin need higher shrink temperature and widely used with automatic machine and fast packaging even though it can be used with low volume manual operation. It is hard to say which one is better. Due to low shrink temperature for PVC shrink products, they may pre shrink in hot summer. It is suggested storing PVC shrink products in cool places and avoid direct sun shine. The temperature can reach very high in UPS truck and airplane cargo cabin during very hot summer.

While most of people find normal polyolefin shrink film is enough, some need higher performance cross linked shrink film. Cross linked shrink film is softer and has higher shrinkage rate (80%). It is very flexible shrink film and can adapt to wider range of heating temperature and various of shrink machines.
Tubing film is just like a flat tube (hose) wound in roll. You can cut and seal one end to make your own bags at the length you want. The size is measured when the tube is flat. It is not diameter. For example, 8 inch tubing film has the circumference of 16 inch.
For PVC shrink film, blow dryer can make it shrink. Heat gun is more efficient, but blow dryer works. For polyolefin shrink film, blow dryer can not provide enough heat to shrink it, since polyolefin need higher temperature to shrink. To close the open end, you may simply tape it and then heat shrink it. To get a more professional look, you need a sealer. Round wire sealer can give a clean seal and cut at the same time, which is widely used to seal shrink film and bags. I – Bar system and L – Bar system listed in our online store and eBay store are round wire sealers, which is designed to seal shrink film or bags.
Even though our shrink film can be used to pack furniture, but it is for display and prevent dust. You really need stretch film for moving or packing pallets. Some people call stretch film as shrink film, but it is not heat seal shrink film. We do carry stretch film. Please check out stretch film instead of shrink film.

We can only accept money order issued through a US bank. Not only the money order should be in US dollars, but also issued by a US bank.
