Please check to make sure that you entered complete shipping address information. Also, you need to make sure the city, state and zip code match. If you enter New York zip code but leave California as state, it will not work. Please make sure to enter all requested shipping information including email etc. to get UPS shipping rate etc. to show up. Even if you want to pick up the items from our store, you may also need to enter all shipping address information to get local picking up from our store option show up.
I do have resale certificate on file, I want to order and make picking up from your store location, how can I avoid sale tax charge when I order online?
When you already have resale certificate filed with us and you choose to pick up your order from our store location, you may simply use a shipping address other than California address to prevent sales tax charge. This is because the shipping calculator always automatically calculating shipping fee whenever you change anything in shopping cart. Your can update your shopping cart fast and easy after you delete previously entered zip code. Yes, we do combine shipping for products which can be packed together. Same or similar products can be packed together. Most of our products can be combine shipped. You may save a lot of shipping fee by freight shipment, this is especially true when your receiving address is commercial address with forklift to unload.

It depends, if the cancelation or change of order is due to our fault, for example item out of stock, you will receive 100% refund. It depends. Most of the time, we do not provide sample. Only for those large volume, custom make sizes, we may provide sample at customer’s request. While most of people find normal polyolefin shrink film is enough, some need higher performance cross linked shrink film. Cross linked shrink film is softer and has higher shrinkage rate (80%). The clarity is higher than normal polyolefin shrink film. It is radiated shrink film to fit high speed packaging need. It is very flexible shrink film and can adapt to wider range of heating temperature and various of shrink machines.
What is tubing shrink film? What does the size of the tubing film mean? Is that a flat measurement or diameter?
Tubing film is just like a flat tube (hose) wound in roll. You can cut and seal one end to make your own bags at the length you want. The size is measured when the tube is flat. It is not diameter. For example, 8 inch tubing film has the circumference of 16 inch.
I am new to using shrink film and shrink bags, how do you close the open side(s)? Does the blow dryer really work? What else do I need besides a blow dryer or heat gun to make a professional look?
For PVC shrink film, blow dryer can make it shrink. Heat gun is more efficient, but blow dryer works. For polyolefin shrink film, blow dryer can not provide enough heat to shrink it, since polyolefin need higher temperature to shrink. To close the open end, you may simply tape it and then heat shrink it. To get a more professional look, you need a sealer. Round wire sealer can give a clean seal and cut at the same time, which is widely used to seal shrink film and bags. I – Bar system and L – Bar system listed in our online store and eBay store are round wire sealers, which is designed to seal shrink film or bags.

We can only accept money order issued through a US bank. Not only the money order should be in US dollars, but also issued by a US bank.
