Automatic programmable impulse sealers are designed for the repeated sealing of thermoplastic films such as polyethylene and polypropylene.
This unit is controlled by a plug-in transistorized circuit board and electronic timers. These impulse sealers work with uniform pressure provided by a timer-controlled electromagnet pulling the sealing arm down.
These popular models eliminate operator error. Once the correct control settings have been programmed, consistent seals are maintained automatically, making the last seal as perfect as the first.
Theseimpulse heat sealers are ideal for packaging candies, foods, stationeries, drugs, tools, parts, and a variety of other products.
Includes an electric foot pedal for manual operation.

Double/Single Bar Automatic Impulse Sealer

Uniform pressure is provided by a timer controlled electromagnet pulling the sealing arm down.

Once the correct control settings have been programmed, consistent seals are maintained automatically, making the last seal as perfect as the first.

Electric foot pedal is included for manual operation. Connecting wire is long enough to connect pedal on floor to machine on table.

Switch between double and single impulse at your choice.

Can be used to seal up to 20 mil (2000 gauge) thick gusseted or regular thermoplastic film.

This automatic/manual constant heat sealer is excellent for sealing poly-cello films, humidity proof cellophane films, polyethylene films, aluminum foil coated bags and gusseted bags. A distinctive 5/8 inch mesh seal makes this sealer ideal for producing wide seals on thick bags. Separate programmable timers for material thickness, congealing, and recycling.
