Foil Hot Stamp Print Information

Choose from a wide array of hot stamping foil colors to personalize any paper or frosty shopping bags with your company name and logo. Whether it’s a logo, text, or graphics, our hot stamping machine can create a lasting impression on any material.

All orders, artwork, and copy sizes are subject to our approval.
Logo on all Foil Hopt Stamp print must be positioned a minimum of 1-1/2″ below the handle.

Different size paper shopping bags using the same plate may combine for hot stamp stamping charges.
LEAD TIME IS USUALLY 10 DAYS to 2 WEEKS FROM FINAL ARTWORK APPROVAL.

NOTE: 5″ x 8″ is the smallest size bag we can foil stamp. To obtain Total Square Inches, measure WIDTH and HEIGHT of art, add 2″ to dimensions, then multiply (WIDTH +2) x (HEIGHT +2) = TOTAL SQUARE INCHES.

File Format:

Vector art – 600 DPI
- Prefer: AI or EPS
- Accept: PDF
- Do not accept: JPEG, GIF, clipart, or placed artwork
Raster art is acceptable, but not preferred
- Subject to charges
Include the following:
- Fonts, screen, and outline all type
  - Include postscript and suitcase
- Black and white file
- Color or composite laser proof
Send art at 100%, if not please indicate size.
Images requiring typesetting, trapping or screen are subject to charges

Graphics Software:

All artwork must be created in one of the following programs:
- Adobe Illustrator 10 – EPS or AI
- Macromedia Free Hand 10 – EPS
PDF file is acceptable, but not preferred

Camera Ready Artwork:

Size
- Art using screens should be to size
  - If art is reduced, screen will become finer
- Art not using screens does not need to be to size
  - No charge to enlarge or reduce up to 250%

Print Area:

3” from the top of the bag

Zipper Garment Bag Hot Stamp Printing Information

The Price for hot stamp logo 1 color/1 side is already included in your purchasing price. The plate charge is $85 for the first time only. The maximum area for hot stamping is 6″ X 6″. Customer provides complete artwork. Please refer to artwork requirements listed above for additional information.
