• Multilayer 5 mil thick front and back are specifically designed for low oxygen, low moisture vapor and UV resistance.
• Due to the excellent barrier characteristics, our pouches provide longer shelf life than other competitor’s metalized films (as they are not foil). Foil also enables our bag to excel in applications that require nitrogen filling and/or flushing.
• These pouches design is both child resistant and tamper evident. Once the pouch is filled with your product and heat sealed, a high barrier ecosystem is created. This ecosystem protects your product’s flavor profile while maximizing shelf life.
• Complies with state regulations. Certifications: CFR title 16, part 1700 including part 1700.15 & 1700.20, for poison prevention packaging. Complies with ASTM D3475.
• Printing on above the zipper to show how to open child resistant zipper. Printing of RELYON trade mark on bottom of the gusset.
• With bottom gusset to facilitate standing. Outside size is measurements of the overall size including zipper and side seal.
• Last one of the size exit bag to serve as exit bag for vitamins, pharmaceuticals, cannabis, or marijuana infused products.
• Sizes are outside measurements. W: width, D: bottom guesset, H: height when stand up.
